Dealing With Internet Trolls (Part 2)

It's the startling conclusion to my two-part miniseries! I know I said that I'd post this yesterday, but I was busy. Anyway, this one is my real solution to an actual spammer, that happened minutes ago, and I thought it would be the perfect ending, so I threw out the old one.

I was on an IRC (internet relay chat) channel, and a guy using the name "bigstewy" came in and started posting links to pornographic images. He has done this before, yet manages to get around his bans every time by using different nicknames, disguising his IP Address, or both. As in the past, everybody was pretty angry at him, and the channel operator hadn't yet been able to ban the guy this time, as he was away from the keyboard temporarily. I hope you like how I deal with what happens from here on in.

[21:39] Covarr> Did you know that if there are any minors in this channel, posting those links is illegal?

[21:40] bigstewy> what ugly people think

[21:40] bigstewy> heh
[21:40] Covarr> But there are ways around that
[21:40] Covarr> And I can get your ass sent to prison
[21:40] bigstewy> so sad lol
[21:40] Covarr> So unless you want to get butt-raped for 20 to life by child molesters and murderers, I'd leave now

[21:40] Covarr> And I'll tell you now, those prisoners are pretty rowdy

At this point, bigstewy stopped talking. A few minutes later, our channel operator, Gouki, arrived and banned the guy. If he wanted to, he'd have no trouble getting back in, as he seems to have a pretty good understanding of proxies and IP masking, but I think I scared him away. I know for a fact that there were minors there at the time (myself included), and if he comes back then I WILL find him, and get him sent to jail. If you're reading this, bigstewy, don't EVER come back, or you will regret it for the rest of your life.
